VP of Project Execution (Upstream Terminal, Offshore Construction and Marine Vessels)

John has over 27 years of engineering, construction, and project management experience executing energy infrastructure, petrochemical, and thermal energy plant work throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Sentinel Midstream in May of 2026, John managed engineering groups at Colonial Pipeline and NuStar Energy and has overseen annual capital project portfolios for these organizations along with maintenance and reliability CAPEX and OPEX programs. Earlier in his career, John held various engineering, project management, and leadership roles with Jacobs Engineering, Furmanite America, City Public Service and Texas Utilities. John holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, Louisiana, Wyoming and Nebraska.
